Their vows even made me cry during the ceremony! Here are a few of

Beth had the most gorgeous wedding gown on.
Beth is so much fun! So glad I met her Mom at Erin & Erwin's
wedding!
Gabe was so obviously in love with Beth...love seeing that!

Military Homecoming |

Baby Lynley arrived while Brian was away serving our country.
I love that I get to be a part of my clients lives. Ashley and Brian
were married at her Grandparents house up in Clovis in 2009.
Brian's Homecoming was amazing! He got to meet Lynley for the
first time and I was
there to capture that moment!! Talk about emotional!
Waiting on Brian!! Love her little outfut!
He's here!!!! With a big smile on his face! He was away for 7
months
Love this one!! They are so happy to see each other!
Lynley is already smiling at her Daddy!
One of my favorites...this will be one of her favorites when she
grows up!

I had so much fun with Rachel and Ernie on their engagement
session!!!
First we went to the airplane museum because Ernie is a pilot.
They have the most romantic
"getting engaged" story....
He proposed while flying at sunset!
AT sunset we went to Ocean Beach for
an extended photo session!
There is so much color on the storefronts plus the beach is right
there!
Old phone booths are an obsession for me...I think they are great
for photos!!
Love this one!!!

Addi is such a cutie!!! She's 2 and a half a full of energy! I
photographed her parents wedding
five years ago (time flies!!) and now I'm happy to photograph all
three of them!!
Kim did a really good job when she
went shopping for clothes to wear!
I absolutely love Addi's little ruffle shirt and her boots.
She brought her "Dolly" with her and really didn't want
to let it go. Precious.
 
These guys are BIG Padres fans so we headed to the ballpark...I
might have to add a few more

Newborn babies are so little and cute....most of the time they are
sleeping but this little guy didn't want to.
This was the first image I took of him...it took a little while for
him to go to sleep.... 
Part of the fun of each photo session is looking around for good
"props" at your house.
That way your photos are more personal....this beautiful shot was at
the end of the bed in the master bedroom.
Perfect for a baby boy with the stripes and dark wood.

It's a great way to get images from different points of view and
with a different style.
I usually recommend this for couples on their wedding day but I

So of course Doggies are part of the family so I got to do a photo

Murphy and Sassy at the DelMar Power House.
Tammy said these are the best photos she's
ever seen of them! I love that!!
Treat time!!!!! Tammy was standing right next to me with
treats.
I had some in my jacket pockets and they
knew where to find them!! Doggies are smart...especially when it
comes to food!
These two are of Sassy.....looks like two different dogs because
of the way I photographed her.
She looks like a such a little dog on the left!! The image on the
right looks whimsical.
I guess this is Murphy's normal position....flat!

Hipstamatic camera setting and combined one of my painting/collages
I did years ago with a rusty frame and a sunflower.

So much fun running around downtown San Diego doing
Teresa and Jon's engagement session!
Here are a few of my favorites!
I love that downtown can look like we are in a park in some
places!
I tell my clients to "have fun" with what they wear for
photo sessions...Teresa's peach dress is perfect!.
She has flip flops on in some of them but Jon loves it when she
wears high heels!!
They were talking about when they have kids and they see the
above photo....
"what's that?"...."it's a phone
booth"..."what's that?"
No one really uses them now!! I love this brown wall and the
phone...I hope they leave it there!

I got to be Lowell Tindell's second photographer for Jessica and

They got married in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having two photographers
is important so we can get all the different angles. Even when we
where photographing Jessica and Daniel we would get unique
images.
We lucked out with the weather. It had snowed before we got there
but it was absolutely beautiful the weekend of the wedding. A big
snow storm was coming in after we left!

They loved it and we just did their session in Cardiff by the Sea.
We started at their home and then went to the beach. Grant is so

then figured out they

House.
I met Logan at one of my art shows last year
- she remembered me and gave me a call when
she got engaged! I love that!
It was the perfect simple wedding - no
high heels for the girls (I loved Logan's
wedding dress!) and no tuxes for the guys!
And cup cakes!
Beautiful outdoor ceremony next to the
water. Twinkle lights added a nice
ambiance.
